Lugar do Crime

This was a project initiated by Noel Fischer from Zürich. It was inspired by 50's crime stories written by a police intendant from Milano, and found its destiny in Lissabon - Portugal. MR.devis made a soundtrack to the exposition to which the visitors could listen on a ordinary mp3 player.

Apart from the massive city map (ca 64m2) painted by mr. Fischer, there were blinded windows with just a little hole in them through which one could have a one-eyed look. The view was the view on the crime scene and appealed to voyeurism. These scenes took place somewhere on the city map of Milano.

The mp3 gave clues on where certain things had happened. So, not only a sonic impression was given of the crime scene, it also held the connection between what you were looking at, and what was happening behind your back.
