a freshly started cooperation between julien baillod & jeroen visser. Playing together since ensemble rayés japan tour, this duo is naturally born, during 04, from a similar interest for spaces, soundscapes, music concrčte and ... punk. Looking to finally go on tour without all the heavy stuff, they thought it would be nice to have a combo orchestra for two players.

Laptops play an central role in this, as a supplier of binaural recordings, and as sound buffer/moulder. The other half of the combo is formed by a guitar and a portable harmonium -used as input generators- and a couple of microphones. Linked to the rock-, contemporary-jazz-, electro- and avantgarde-scene by different projects, jv and jb generate an interfrastic variety of environments.

Audio material is caught, formed, bent, looped, thrown in, combined with archival soundscapes (which jv recorded worldwide through the last 20 years) into an ever changing sculpture of sound, performed live!.
